Vineyard
Issued from a vineyard located 30 km North of Montpellier on the hillsides, well-known to be one of the coolest of the Languedoc. Chalky soils give Sauvignon Blanc its best expression.
Vinification
Harvested early morning to keep the freshness of the grapes. Pneumatic pressure after a light coating maceration (8°C for 6 hours). Fermentation at 16°C after a clean racking of the must. Locked malolactic fermentation and maturing in tank on fine lees for 6 months. 10% of the wine is matured in French oak barrels of 225lt.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow colour with green tints. This white wine expresses some fresh and complex notes of broom, gun flint and citrus fruits. Crisp and elegant sauvignon.

Vineyard
The vineyard is located on the border of étang de Thau, well-known to be one of the coolest of the Languedoc. Chalky and sandy soils.
Vinification
Harvested early morning to keep the freshness of the grapes. Fermentation at 16°C after a clean racking of the must. Maturing in tank on fine lees for few months then after 20% of the wine is matured in French oak barrels
Tasting Notes
Very aromatic nose with notes of quince, honey, spices combined with more fresh notes of citrus fruits. The mouth is fleshy and fresh with aromas of white pulp combine to give some notes of mango and ginger.

Vineyard
The vineyard is based by the Etang de Thau on sandy soils with pebbly screes.
Vinification
Thinning of the leaves during maturation of the grapes on the vine. This rosé is obtained by "saignée" after maceration of 8 to 12 hours. Sedimentation and fermentation at low temperature. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is racked off and goes through a light filtration prior to bottling.
Tasting Notes
Pale colour with ruby tints. Elegant nose of wild red berries complemented by notes of Mediterranean flowers. Round and soft on the palate, this wine has a perfect balance between the rich aromas of fruits and the fresh acidity which gives a long lasting finish.

Tasting Notes
Dark Robe with bright red reflects. Spicy notes of eucalyptus and red fruits aromas on the nose. Sweet fruits and mellow tannins on the palate.
